A basic use of the Internet pages of "THEATRIS Saxony-Anhalt", which is operated by the Landeszentrum Freies Theater Sachsen-Anhalt e. V., is possible throughout without the specification of personal data. An exception to this is the general information and data mentioned below (e.g. IP address of page visitors), which is transmitted to and stored by the relevant providers each time an Internet page is called up and is necessary to ensure the functionality of these Internet pages.
Only for the creation of a user account on "THEATRIS Sachsen-Anhalt" is the storage and processing of personal data (name, e-mail address) necessary to ensure the assignability of the account and the necessary communication in connection with it. In this case, users agree to the storage and processing of their data within the framework of the terms of use.

However, for practically all Internet pages that - like "THEATRIS Saxony-Anhalt" - are located on the server of a provider, the following general data and information of the page visitors:inside are collected and stored on the server in so-called log files:

the Internet protocol address (IP address) of the page visitor(s)
the Internet service provider of the accessing system
the date and time of access to the website
the website from which an accessing system arrives at a website (so-called referrer)
the subpages which are accessed by the site visitor on a website
the operating system used by the site visitor's device
the type of browser used and its software version
the amount of data sent in bytes
The same information is also stored on the servers of the "OpenStreetMap" project, which provides the map data on our web pages. The project belongs to the non-profit "OpenStreetMap Foundation" based in the UK and, according to its own statement, uses this data exclusively for statistical purposes without passing it on to third parties. Only for the function "Navigation" data is transmitted to Google upon using this feature, but only to the extent necessary for the use of the function by page visitors. For the navigation, this concerns the geographical localization and related anonymized data. Google is a company based in the USA, the Google privacy policy can be found here.

The collection of this information cannot be deactivated by Landeszentrum Freies Theater Sachsen-Anhalt e. V.. When using these general data and information, the Landeszentrum Freies Theater Sachsen-Anhalt e. V. cannot draw any conclusions about the data subject. They are only evaluated statistically and the log files are not stored locally at the Landeszentrum Freies Theater Sachsen-Anhalt e. V.. This information is only required in order to deliver the content of our Internet pages correctly and so that the provider can provide law enforcement authorities with the necessary information in the event of legal violations. After fourteen days, this data is automatically deleted.

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services.
